My world is not very big. I have a home and family. I am a child to my Savior, a mom to my 2 boys, a wife to my husband, and a best friend to my sister. I love my little world and wouldn't trade it for anything.
What else is there than to love and be loved, to care for and be cared for, to teach and be taught?

More Updates on the Set
These are the boxes that I painted. They're going to be the display stands for the "artifacts"
Oh, thank you! I tried to make them really bold, because the play is in the big auditorium, so i wanted people to be able to see the detail from far away.
Shari- I knew you were talented but I don't think that I knew that you could do those kinds of things!! I saw them in person and thought they were awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing the play. (Hannah has a small part in it.) You're doing a great job! Keep it up!
I wonder if you spayed them with a shiny clear coat if it would make them more bold and more real looking. They look real now, but I was just curious. I make props for our church a lot and I'm definitely filing these marble stands in my head!! I can't get over how great they look. How did you get the look? Did you do a base coat and then swirl the marble look? Or did you do something else?
oh, kristi, it was really easy, i just slapped the black on in places, and then just painted over right away with the white, and wet blended it together. sooo easy.
