A while ago, I thought I'd be sneaky, and I copied a CD-Rom from the library. (wrong!)
I'm not sure what made me think it was ok.
Well, now I'm paying for the CD-Rom anyway. The library insists that I lost the pamphlet that went with the CD, and so now, I'm paying for the entire CD....$22.00 worth.
Ahhh, well. I shouldn't have copied it anyway, so I'm paying for my "crime".
My world is not very big. I have a home and family. I am a child to my Savior, a mom to my 2 boys, a wife to my husband, and a best friend to my sister. I love my little world and wouldn't trade it for anything. What else is there than to love and be loved, to care for and be cared for, to teach and be taught?

LOL, personally, I don't see anything worng with what you did, but it's a funny story anyway. LOL
I always check my library receipts when I check out things like that. Especially the boxes. I don't know if y'all have those, but our library has boxes you can check out. They each have a theme. For instance, Gabey likes trains, so you might want to check out a box on trains. It would include several stories about trains, maybe a puppet engineer, a small train track, etc...Anyway, they've checked me out before and just gone down the included list, never checking what was actually in the box and I've checked there in front of them and things have been missing. So...I know how frustrated you probably are. :) Sorry that happened.

well, i know it's "technically" not right to copy CD-roms, and DVDs and stuff, but i know everyone does it. (i used to always copy cds and tapes, never thought anything of it.) i am bugged though that they're charging me the entire CD price for the little side booklet missing. oh well.
