Pine Cone Birdfeeders

For the New Year's Holiday, I decided to do something nice for the birds. This is one of my favorite crafts
We made Pine Cone Bird Feeders, and the whole family joined in. We spread peanut butter on the pine cones and rolled them in bird seed. Simple. (and messy)
I also made Frozen fruit ornaments for the birds to pick away at. I just plopped frozen fruit into muffin pans, and filled with water. I put the string into the water so it would freeze and make a hanger. Easy Peasy.

Homemade Gifts for Christmas

No matter what gifts I buy for my family, I always like to make something for them too. This year was a crochet year. I am bottom at reading crochet code, so pretty much everything I make has to be very simple.
I found some cotton yarn at the Dollar Tree, can't beat that, so I got a bunch.
I learned how to make coasters from Crochet Geek

Anniversary Date

Jeffie and I got married on December 20th, 2002. I love how cool the date looks 12-20-02.
We got to have a little date, and went to dinner, and drove around wasting time, before heading home. We were passing the lights on the Strongsville town square and decided to stop. I'm so glad we did.
