My world is not very big. I have a home and family. I am a child to my Savior, a mom to my 2 boys, a wife to my husband, and a best friend to my sister. I love my little world and wouldn't trade it for anything. What else is there than to love and be loved, to care for and be cared for, to teach and be taught?

Do the 'Do Hairstyles (ezbun link)
http://www.ezbun.com/instructions.html
This is the instruction page on how to use the ezbun. i really like mine, and wanted to show it to you. These instructions are very good. So far, I just do the single bun. I only have one of the ezbuns, and it's tan. My hair was too long for a while to make it look really good, now it's short enough, and I can make a nice easy bun with it, and it is really comfortable.

Chopped
I have totally pushed my hair to the limit this month. Yikes. It's been like a compulsion. I've been trying to get my old blonde back, and have been just coloring and coloring. It keeps looking too orangy, and now it looks like banana creme pie at the roots. I have to leave it this way for a while, or my hair won't make it. It's been colored 4 times in 2 months, woooaaah. I can't believe I got so nuts. I just didn't want to walk around with orange hair.
Then, I got it into my head to cut it, and man, did I chop it. I like it this way, and it's been fun to style. I pulled it to either side and just started cutting on an angle, and then layered it too. Luckilly, I have wavy hair, so it doesn't really show the chop job, it just looks puffy, LOL.

Do the 'Do Hairstyles (hairzing link)
I found a cool hair accessory that I want to get. Here's the link for it. It shows step by step how to's for different hair styles.
When I get one, I'll show you something cool of my own, but until then....

"Do the 'Do"- Sock Bun
This is one of my favorite hairdos, and it has a craft to do for it too!
It is a sock bun. It will work for long or short hair.
You just need some old socks with higher ankles. If you have light hair, you'll want to use light colored socks, and the opposite for dark hair.
Here is the sock bun craft step by step:
1. Find some socks, I used 3, but it depends on how big or small you want it. I have a lot of hair, lol.
2. Cut off the feet.
3. Put the sock tubes inside eachother, if you have more than one.
4. Roll the sock tubes inside out to make a donut.
5. You can stitch these together if you want. I actually never have, I just use them as is.
Now, here is a step by step on how to put one in your hair....
1. Make a ponytail (use a smaller rubberband so it will hide well), and put the sock bun around it.
2. Spread your hair around the bun, this will take practice to get it from showing gaps.
3. Put a ponytail around that to keep it in place, this will take practice too.
4. I usually put a larger scrunchie around that to cover up the ponytail, and make it look more like a bun.
5. You can either braid the rest, and wrap it around the bun, or leave it loose. If you have short hair, this will look really cute, with your hair in little fan-like spikes around the bun.

Do the 'Do (double bun ponytail)
and then held it all together with ponytail.
I liked the fun feel of the shorter ponytail.

cheeky hair (zig zag part, ponytail braids)
I've been up foreeeever, lol. gettin' a little slap happy, so i decided to try a new hairstyle. i've been doing double braids for about a month now, but i usually just braid them with a straight part. so, i changed it today with the crooked part, and extra ponytails. having the braids tends to cut down on the weight on the back of my head, i've noticed. i usually wear a ponytail and thick braid in back, but sometimes it just gets so heavy. i don't remember my hair being this thick when i was in college. it was down past my waist, but very straight, and it seemed a lot thinner than it does now. lol. it's sooo thick and heavy now, i can't keep it as long as i'd like. i'm a waist length person, but so far whenever it gets to the top of my waist now, i chop it.
