i fiddled with the blog template foreeeeever, and finally did it! i substituted my own graphics in the template already there, and it worked! i kept popping back and forth from the template to the preview to see what i had done, lol!
also, my friend gave me a cool html link a long time ago called funky chickens, lol, and it gave me the code for the marquee. yea!
